Liz MacNiven, the Just Imagine Coach, qualified as a Personal Coach with The Coaching Academy, Europe’s leading coaching institution, graduating with distinction. She has since also qualified as an NLP Practitioner and gained an Advanced Coaching Diploma.
As you can see at Just Imagine Coaching we really believe in making learning and training an integral part of our business. Liz attended the Entrepreneurs Business Academy Business Mastery Seminar and met James Caan. (You perhaps remember him from the Dragons Den TV Programme). He said that when he was reviewing the businesses that came to the ‘Den’ asking for his investment, he would always pay more attention to those who had their own training plan as part of the overall business plan.

Before starting her coaching training, Liz worked as an H.R. Manager for Ford Motor Company and, having graduated with the Institute of Personnel & Development, became a Chartered MCIPD.
While taking time out of the corporate world to raise children, she worked in the education system.
She has a husband and two teenage children of her own and so is well placed to understand the issues you may face.
